The Ceramics
Our approach to ceramics is a mix of art and science as we explore the limits of slipcasting, clay, and production process in our manufacturing-forward studio.
We make our own molds, craft proprietary recipes for our clay bodies and glazes, and cast and kiln-fire in-house.
The Brass
Brass has been the go-to for lighting since before the light bulb. It stays cool to the touch, lasts for lifetimes, and can be cleaned and refinished over and over again.
We use thick-gauge brass, silver soldering, and finishes crafted by hand in that same long-lasting tradition.
Our finishes are lacquered with semi-live finishes that gain personality with time. It also makes it easy to change should you ever need a refresh or to change the finish entirely.
Standards
Every fixture we create is made to very high UL standards for the US, Canada, and Mexico.
