How long will it take to receive my lighting?

Our products are made to order and have lead times ranging from 4-12 weeks depending on the fixture. Check each product page to find the lead times or email us at hello@paxlighting.com.

How do I install my lighting?

Our fixtures are intended to be installed by a professional electrician. You can find installation instructions on each product page or email us at hello@paxlighting.com.

What is UL?

UL stands for Underwriters Laboratory and is an independent regulatory body responsible for ensuring a high level of quality control in regard to lighting. According to commercial building codes, all lighting in commercial spaces must be UL listed, so you can guarantee that our lighting will be up to standards for your residential spaces as well.

Where are your products made?

We use American-made components everywhere we can. Some products simply aren’t made in America. The vast majority of production takes place in-house in our studio in Nebraska along with a few select, local partners so we can guarantee exceptional quality and responsible making practices. Our glass diffusers are made in Vermont.

Damaged Item

If your fixture appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us right away and we’ll start the process to repair or replace your item, hello@paxlighting.com or 402-417-0980.

Do you have to-the-trade pricing?

Yes we do. You can sign up here on our trade page.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our product we do not offer returns. However, if there is a problem with your fixture please contact us at hello@paxlighting.com or 402-417-0980. We take pride in our work and will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
